MBA recruitment opportunities with Career Days and MBA Lounges
Every year, EMLYON Business School hosts a 3-day Careers Forum giving MBA students the opportunity to network with hundreds of recruiters and find out more about lucrative MBA career opportunities including jobs, graduate schemes and international placements.

The cohort are also offered tailored MBA career support in the form of MBA Lounges; dedicated campus visits from companies seeking MBA participants for high-level managerial positions. MBA students have the chance to find out more about the companies’ activities, culture etc, as well as present themselves and their career ambitions. Previous MBA Lounges have welcomed Amazon, L’Oreal, Accenture & Volvo.
Attend Company Visits to build your professional network
Throughout the programme, International MBA students are exposed to many different industries, firm types and business models through Company Visits and the cohort’s annual Learning Trip within Europe. Company Visits vary from year to year, with the 2014/2015 cohort having the opportunity to visit the Hermès Factory close to Lyon. Daniela Bercek, an International MBA graduate said of the 2013/2014 cohort’s Company Visit to LVMH in Paris:

Expert Panels to develop MBA competencies
The MBA Careers Services department offer a variety of Expert Panel sessions tailored to MBA student’s needs. For example companies, alumni and industry experts present on a variety of topics such as doing business in Asia, getting a job in the consulting industry and how to negotiate a salary. They are also speakers from other European MBAs, such as former McKinsey consultant Nicolas Constantinesco who provided courses on story-telling and interview mastering.
MBA Expert Panel sessions also invite International MBA alumni from EMLYON Business School to speak to the cohort about their MBA career paths since graduating. The alumni present their current role and the organization they work for as well as answer any questions and give personal advice. Previous Expert Panel guests have included:

MBA career management with the Mentorship Programme
Every MBA student is assigned a personal mentor through the Mentorship Programme to help them advance their MBA career objectives. As International MBA alumni from EMLYON, mentors are assigned to participants according to the industry they belong to or the country they are from. They will establish real relationships with their mentee and work with them to achieve their MBA career management plan, whether that be insight into a specific industry, help with interview preparation or to provide a way in to the mentor’s current company. International MBA alumni Francisco Carrenza, now Section Manager of External Affairs at Nissan International said of the Careers Services:
